Yes! All our products including keychains, wallets, belts, watch straps, and especially shoes are handmade.
Yes! We do make custom orders. Send us a picture of a design you want to have in your wardrobe and we’ll replicate that design for you.
As all our shoes are custom and handmade, it’ll take around 10-15 days to deliver the articles to your doorsteps.
After placing your order, you can only change your delivery address until the product is dispatched. Once the product leaves our warehouse, you can’t change your delivery address. In case of failed delivery, you’ll pay all the shipping dues.
It doesn’t happen usually. Our packages deal with care and preventive methods. We ensure that there is no damage during the shipping process and you get what you order. But somehow, if that happens. We’ll bear all the repair charges and delivery costs will be on us.

Items that are not worn, with all tags attached, original packaging, and no sign of damage are eligible for return.
Yes! To return the product, you’ve to contact customer support and provide proof of purchase.
You can only return your order in 14 days from the time of delivery.
We’ll not accept the return if your shoe is damaged by water, by stubbing your toe, drying in the sun or front of a heat source, not polishing, and applying extra shine hardener.
Yes! Our shoes have a warranty of six months. During this warranty period, you’ll be entitled to free repairs. But that’s only applicable if you take care of your shoe with the precautions in our shoe care guide.
You’ll be able to claim the warranty if your shoe is not damaged by water, by stubbing your toe, drying in the sun or in front of a heat source, not polishing regularly, and applying extra shine hardener.
The warranty covers all the repairs and shipping costs.
